Refund Policy

General Pest & Termite Solutions does not offer refunds for change of mind or once a service has been completed. Payment is required in full on the day of service. In line with Australian Consumer Law, if a service is not carried out with due care and skill, we will, at our discretion, provide a re-service at no additional cost rather than a refund. Continued pest activity due to environmental factors, surrounding properties, hygiene, or structural conditions does not entitle the customer to a refund. Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of the service date to be eligible for a re-service assessment.
