By booking or using the services of General Pest & Termite Solutions, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

General Pest & Termite Solutions provides pest control and termite management services to residential and commercial properties. Services are delivered based on the information provided by the client and site conditions at the time of service.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are based on details provided by the client and may be subject to change if site conditions differ.

• Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

• Additional treatments or follow-up services may incur extra charges, which will be discussed before proceeding.

 

3. Bookings & Payments

• Payment must be made in full after the service is completed on the same day 

• Failure to make payment may result in late payment fee i.e $10 per day 

• Accepted payment methods will be advised at the time of booking.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may attract a call-out or cancellation fee.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate information about pest activity and property access

• Ensure safe and clear access to treatment areas

• Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided

General Pest & Termite Solutions is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information.

6. Warranties & Limitations

• Any service warranty provided applies only to the specific treatment and conditions outlined at the time of service.

• Pest control treatments reduce and manage infestations but do not guarantee permanent eradication, as pest activity can be influenced by environmental factors beyond our control.

 

7. Health & Safety

Clients must inform us of any known allergies, medical conditions, pets, or sensitive environments before treatment. We use approved products in accordance with Australian regulations.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, General Pest & Termite Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the cost of the service provided.

9. Privacy

Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
